Mardo's is Port Melbourne's newest venue offering a selection of finest mediterranean inspired delicacies prepared by Chef Manuel Villegas (one of Australia's 50 best chefs AGFG). Here you will find a variety of authentic Spanish tapas as well as a la carte menu, cocktails, an extensive wine list, degustation menus, live entertainment on Sunday nights, special events every last Wednesday of the month and a long etc.
Mardo's also comprises two function rooms to cater for your special events or meetings. Come in and enjoy delicious, mouthwatering food, a glass of wine or why not a cocktail too? We have a large sofa area where you can relax with a drink and some tapas and we also have a beautiful outside area if what you like is to enjoy the sun.
